This sign is high above the city on the level that would be considered in the Skyline Rooftops. It has a great view of the other roof tops, streets and alleys, one of the best spots in the city- if one could get up to it and manage to not fall through its holographic projection, as it is not physically touchable. It projects a faint blue light in the shape of a rectangular prism and is one of the largest in the city. It alternates between showing company logos, product advertisements, to current events and city slogans. It can be seen from much of the city, making it a valuable spot for companies to rent advertising time.
