All theme parks have to have a romantic Ferris Wheel, right? This one offers a grand view at night, lit by many neon colored lights, once you reach the top, you have a great view of much of the city, from all of the Lucent Zone, to the edge of the Residence Zone near the river, to much of the brightly lit Metro Axial.
