Generally used as the prime location for festivals and events, the lakeside is usually quiet and serene prior to any celebrations. Beyond the lake, the hills can be seen, and creates an excellent backdrop for the fireworks when festival time comes around each season. There are a few houses that can also be seen in the distance, not too far from the lake.
There are a few docks that stretch out into the waters, used by local fishers when on season.
