This large spacious room with a high ceiling has just about any set of weights or machines you can think of. For example, it has wide variety of barbells ranging in size, elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, rowing machines, exercise balls, and many other equipment for whatever area you're wanting to work out. There's always music blasting in this room, typically loud upbeat songs to get you in the zone and make you work harder.
