The indoor track goes around as a walkway of sorts on the floor above the tennis courts that are inside. There is a running along the edge of the innermost lane and you can see the going abouts of the tennis matches below as you work out on the track. The track is half the size of most standard tracks, but you can still get the same distance by just doing more laps. It has four lanes for running and one for walking.
